TALC New Vision is committed to a new vision of public education that is based on a diversity of personalized learning environments, a diversity of school governance structures, and the ability of all families, regardless of their economic status, to choose the options that they think will be best for their children.

TALC New Vision’s mission is to support and protect the creation of and access to sustainable learning environments that engage communities and families in efforts to define themselves and secure equal access to power and resources.

TransCenter for Youth is the parent organization of TALC New Vision. For more than thirty years, TransCenter has helped Milwaukee’s at-risk youth become productive adults and responsible community members.
