Elizabeth “Betty” McManus

Betty is responsible for the fiscal management and grant administration. She is an experienced public funding budget analyst and was a private sector business manager, founder of a county-wide literacy council, literacy tutor, publisher, writer, and editor. She has a B.A. in English from the University of Texas and will graduate with a Masters of Ministry from Cardinal Stritch in May 2009.
