Tina Boyle
SMALL SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT
Tina works as an implementing coach with four small high schools and as a supporting coach for the Outlook University Independent School Network. Tina leads training in Critical Friends Groups as a National Facilitator. She is a former high school business teacher. Tina has a B.S. in Criminology and Law Studies and a M.S. in Administrative Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. As a doctoral candidate, her research focus is on coaching a leadership development initiative in urban schools.

Elizabeth “Betty” McManus
GRANT ADMINISTRATOR
Betty is responsible for the fiscal management and grant administration. She is an experienced public funding budget analyst and was a private sector business manager, founder of a county-wide literacy council, literacy tutor, publisher, writer, and editor. She has a B.A. in English from the University of Texas and is currently enrolled in a Masters of Ministry program at Cardinal Stritch.
